Donut Bot Terms of Service

By inviting Donut Bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the bot.

Donut Bot is a Discord bot that provides DonutSMP Minecraft server statistics, player information, leaderboards, and related data directly within Discord.

Features may be updated, modified, or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

When using Donut Bot, you agree to:

• Use the bot appropriately and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not abuse, spam, or excessively use bot commands
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or break the bot's functionality
• Not use the bot for any illegal or malicious purposes
• Not impersonate the bot or its developers
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• Have appropriate permissions in your server to add and configure the bot

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Command Spam: Excessive or rapid command usage intended to overload or disrupt the bot
• Exploitation Attempts: Trying to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features
• Automated Usage: Using scripts, bots, or other automated tools to interact with Donut Bot
• Data Scraping: Attempting to scrape, collect, or harvest data in bulk from the bot
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the bot's source code
• Malicious Use: Using the bot for harassment, spreading misinformation, or any harmful purposes

Donut Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees:

• No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of the bot
• Maintenance: The bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Data Accuracy: We strive for accurate data but do not guarantee that all information is always current or error-free
• Feature Changes: Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice
• Service Termination: We reserve the right to discontinue the bot service at any time

The bot is provided free of charge, and we make no warranties about its performance or reliability.

By using Donut Bot, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The bot is provided free of charge "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any data loss, server issues, or damages resulting from using the bot
• We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the bot
• We are not responsible for Discord API outages, changes, or issues beyond our control
• We are not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang Studios, or Microsoft
• Links to external sites (Discord, DonutSMP website) are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content

All rights to Donut Bot, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by the bot developers. The DonutSMP game data displayed belongs to DonutSMP and its players.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in our support server.

Continued use of Donut Bot after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.
